The Zachary Community Farmer’s Market is an open-air market, comprised of a group of area farmers selling fresh produce each Saturday in Downtown Zachary behind Zachary City Hall at the HugYourPeople Park at Lee Street @ Virginia Street, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Over 60 local vendors including craftspeople make a visit to the market on Saturdays to sell handmade crafts, showcasing local artists and craftsmanship and fresh produce. On the second Saturday of each month, the Zachary Cars and Coffee Club offer an open car show displaying vintage cars, trucks, and motorcycles. If you are interested in showing your classic car, this group encourages you to come out and showcase.
Join us for the 3rd Annual Zachary Really Hot Air Balloon Festival!! August 8 – 9, BREC’s Zachary Community Park, 20055 Old Scenic Hwy, Zachary, LA. Returning this year not for 1 night but 2 this year! There will be plenty to do for the entire family, from food trucks, face painting, car show (Saturday only), live music and let's not forget HOT AIR BALLOONS!!!! Don't forget those swimsuits, the splash pad will be running for the duration of the entire event on both nights. **FREE ENTRY FOR ALL**

Teachers and school support staff — you’re invited to a special Back to School Prayer Breakfast at the First Baptist Zachary Family Life Center on Saturday, August 2 at 9:00 AM. This event is being hosted by First Baptist Zachary.
"It is a time to come together as a community to lift up our teachers, students, and schools in prayer as we begin a new school year," says First Baptist Zachary.
