How would you describe The Boot CrossFit to someone that is not familiar with the program?
Our semi-personal training classes are limited to 12 people ensuring you get the personal attention you deserve while still having fun with a group of like-minded people who encourage you to become the best version of yourself.
Each workout is progressively customized to each member’s physical and mental abilities as well as long-term health and fitness goals. The best part of training at The Boot is that you don’t have to think about what to do next or if you’re doing it right. You simply just show up, have fun and workout.
What sets The Boot CrossFit apart from other workout classes or regimens?
At The Boot you will not absentmindedly be jogging on a treadmill in front of a television or doing reps repeated just for the sake of the tally. The Boot offers you a semi-personal training environment in which every workout is deliberately designed to help improve overall fitness.
In typical gyms, you may find yourself floating around working on whatever equipment is available, following a generic weight training program, or even just trying to keep up in a large class. We get to know you, hold you accountable, educate you, keep you safe, and try our absolute best to make your time with us the best hour of your day!
Who is The Boot CrossFit for?
The Boot is for anyone – from beginners to competitive athletes, from teens to seniors, and everyone in between. The Boot offers a results-based, community-driven approach that helps you build fitness and improve your health over a lifetime.
In your first CrossFit classes you will see movements you have never done before, people doing many different variations of the same workout, and lots of cheering and fist bumps at the end. Every workout is adaptable to any fitness level. If you’re a seasoned athlete, we’ve got you covered, too. All our workouts can be scaled-up to help you reach new heights in your training.
How does The Boot CrossFit help foster a community/family feeling?
#BootCrew members come together – often at the same time and in the same small groups each day – to challenge themselves, build grit and conquer new challenges. We do hard things together, and we bond because of it. Our members become true friends.
We laugh, cheer, encourage, celebrate, and sometimes cry. We know your name (probably your dog, spouse, and children, too) and are genuinely happy to see you every day. The Boot is our third place…the place outside of work and home that we all love to be!
