In 2010, the City of Zachary adopted a new Comprehensive Plan to help guide the future growth and development of Zachary. Now in 2023, the City of Zachary is actively engaging the Zachary community in updating the Plan. On Tuesday, October 3rd the City is inviting you to a Community Planning Workshop.

The October 3rd Zachary Community Planning Workshop will be an interactive and participatory event where community members will have the opportunity to meet with the planning team and city leaders and participate in hands-on planning activities. The goal of the workshop is to provide an opportunity for community members to learn, engage, and contribute to the plan. The event will run from 6 pm - 8 pm. The workshop will begin with a brief presentation from the planning team. Afterwards, the attendees will be invited to participate in the interactive activities and exercises, which should take no more than 20 -30 minutes to complete.
