Curbside Pickup of Christmas Trees in the City of Zachary starts Monday, January 1, 2024

Waste Depot Trucking, which the City of Zachary has contracted to pick up bulk waste will begin collecting live discarded Christmas Trees on Monday, January 1, 2024.   Place your tree at the curb to be picked up on your normally scheduled bulk waste collection day.

Residents north of Main Street/LA 64 will be served on the first and third Monday of each month.  Residents south of Main/LA64 will be collected on the first and third Tuesdays.  This service is for residents who live inside the city limits of Zachary  If you are unsure of your collection days, contact the City of Zachary Public Works Utilitites Office at 225 654-1902.  Collections start as early as 6 a.m. and continue after 8 p.m. on the same day.
