City of Zachary Seeking Proposals for Zachary Train Depot Retail Lease

The City of Zachary is seeking ideas and proposals for a possible 2- year retail lease of the Historic Zachary Train Depot, located at the corner of Main Street and W. Central.

Specific proposals must be received, no later than 5:30 p.m., Thursday, August 13th.  Viewing of the Depot is being allowed, Monday – Thursday, 8am – 4:30 p.m., starting Monday, July 28 – Thursday, August 13th.  Interested parties should submit proposals to the Mayor’s Office, City Hall, 4700 Main Street.
