City of Zachary Welcomes New Utilities Department Head, Monica Jackson

The City of Zachary welcomes Monica Jackson, who will serve as the Utility Billing/Cashier Director.  She will officially take this post on March 27, 2017.  She joins our team after a successful career in the banking and business development industry.  Mayor David Amrhein introduced her to the City Council on March 14, 2017.
